Highlight of the month – CXO-1 Outbound Training Session

Outbound Training Program for our CXO-1

Indira IVF is embarking on a talent development program aimed at building leadership pipeline for its multi-pronged business growth strategy. The program intends to build & nurture talent with 3 E’s – Experience, Exposure & Education.

On the 26th and 27th November we arranged a training program for our CXO-1 team at Alibaug. The training drew attention to key facets of managing teams – Building interpersonal skills, building winning teams & driving a value-based approach to team building. The team underwent 2 days of training programmes which included a mix of classroom training and experiential learning through activities and case studies.

Prior to the programme every participant underwent a DISC Assessment, which is a psychometric assessment to understand one’s behavioural style, the programme focused on interpreting behavioural preferences at work and their drivers.

The program enabled the participants to get to know each other on a personal and informal level, and help participants understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses, which leads to a functional work environment

The entire program was well appreciated by all the participants, and we look forward to organizing many such programmes for employees in the future.
