One of the crucial touchpoints of the patient journey is Pharmacy, where the patient purchases medicine that will help him fulfil their dream of parenthood. We have observed that pharmacist needs to do multiple steps to fulfil an order successfully and that also adds to wait time. Hence to reduce the wait time and improve the billing and inventory management process we have thought to introduce a Point of Sale software. After a lot of research and understanding industry trends, we selected to partner with the Wondersoft team.
E-shopaid is a web-based software designed especially for Store Operations, Inventory Management and consumption data. The unique feature of the software is that it can be integrated with multiple software and is scalable and has multiple uses. We have launched Phase 1 in Mumbai centres of Bhandup, Dadar, Ghatkopar and would be rolling out soon in the rest of the country. The aim is to reduce the manual work and have an automated process with a smooth flow.
