Dear All,
There have been various instances brought to our notice, wherein, the root cause of several Malpractices/Misconduct or Unethical Behaviour within IIHPL, be it financial or disciplinary can be linked to the employees having access to the password of the Centre Head/Managers.
It is the prime responsibility of Centre Heads / Managers to keep the User ID and the password confidential / protected. We wish to reiterate that you are requested TO KEEP YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD CONFIDENTIAL and not share it with anyone else within the organisation.
All passwords, be it email, HIS, HR4U or any other system should be kept confidential and not shared with anyone. Sharing passwords at the workplace is the same as giving away a personal identity. Any unethical behaviour performed by someone using your account can be tracked back to you and you would be held responsible for the same. Even after you proved your innocence, you could still be held liable for giving out the information.
As per ART, as Center Heads, each of you are working in the capacity of an “Executive Head” for your respective Centres. As executive heads, you are responsible for all activities in your center, any malpractice or non-adherence to our Code of Conduct would fall under your purview.
We strongly advise you to reset the password of all systems, as a onetime activity and do not share with anyone in the company.
Regards,
HR Team
