रेखा जैसा नहीं देखा काबिलियत,जज्बे और हौंसले से बढ़कर कोई ताकत नहीं कहते हैं ये जरूरी नहीं कि हमेशा आपसे बड़ा ही कुछ सीखाए, कई बार आपसे छोटे भी जाने-अनजाने में ऐसा सबक दे जाते हैं जिससे आपका चीजों, स्थितियों और घटनाओं को देखने का नजरिया बदल जाता है, मैं बात कर रहा हूँ इन्दिरा आईवीएफ में मेरी साथी रेखा कुंवर की…यूं तो वो गुमसुम सी रहती है लेकिन उसके काम करने का तरीका और स्थितियों के प्रति दृष्टिकोण और समयबद्धता अद्वितीय है।शांत रहकर तीक्ष्ण बुद्धि से अपने काम को दक्षता से पूरा करने का गुण मैंने रेखा में देखा और सीखा | चाहे कैसी भी स्थिति हो छोटी सी दिखने वाली लेकिन हिमालय के समान हौंसले वाली रेखा का आत्मविश्वास कभी नहीं डिगता…. एक बार की बात है शाम को पांच बजे के आसपास उसके पास बहुत सारा काम एक साथ आ गया और काम को उसी दिन पूरा करना था, रेखा को ऑफिस के बाद किसी कार्यक्रम में भी जाना था… हमने मजाक के अदाज में पूछा इतना सारा काम कम टाइम में कैसे पूरा करोगी .. तो रेखा के आत्मविश्वास से भरे जबाव ने मुझे ऐसी सीख से रूबरू करवाया जिसे मैंने अपने जीवन में उतार लिया, उसने कहा “हार तब होती है जब मान ली जाती है और जीत तब होती है जब ठान ली जाती है”। उस दिन उसने बिना गलती के समय से सारा काम पूरा कर लिया । अब मैं भी बिना हार माने मुश्किल से मुश्किल कार्य को पूर्णता की ओर ले जाने में विश्वास करने लगा हूं। एक बार उसने हमारे किसी निराश साथी को आत्मविश्वास जगाने के लिए एक बात कही थी कि “पंख खोल जमाना उड़ान देखता है, जमीन पर बैठ कर क्या आसमान देखता है”। रेखा जैसी कई महिलाएं हमारे आसपास हैं जिनकी प्रतिभा और कार्यशक्ति असीमित है.. हमें इन्हें आगे बढ़ाना चाहिए इनके सम्मान और सुरक्षा के लिए निरन्तर प्रयास करने चाहिए | नारी – दुनिया आपकी आभारी
