Professional Skills Development Program for CXO -3 Level employees:

In October and November, we implemented the Professional Skills Development Program intending to enhance the professional capabilities of our Unit Managers, Floor Coordinators, Accountants, and Store In-charges. The program was designed to address specific skills crucial to the identified key members of our centers through a practical, experiential, and engaging development initiative. The objectives included gaining a detailed understanding of roles and responsibilities, evaluating time management, effectively managing stakeholders, demonstrating interpersonal skills, fostering patient centricity, and honing effective team management.

During the initial phase of the program, held at the zonal level, a total of 221 employees underwent training. The training report highlighted key insights shared by participants, including their enthusiasm for this inaugural training at Indira IVF. Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities, job duties, data trackers, and their significance. The training facilitated the exchange of ideas, with participants addressing routine challenges and proposing solutions, sharing best practices, and providing feedback on operational challenges to improve work efficacy and functional processes. The program also fostered team building through collaborative activities, leading participants to express a desire for such training sessions to be conducted at least every six months to enhance their professional development.
