QAI Assessment

21 main centers – Chandigarh, Aurangabad, Ranchi, Hisar, Bhubaneswar, Mysuru, Gorakhpur, Bangalore JP Nagar, Bhagalpur, Vashi Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad Banjara Hills, Bareilly, Pune, Raipur, Bikaner, Chennai, Bhopal, Gulbarga, Jammu, Kolhapur, Ghaziabad Main – underwent the QAI assessment between September and December 2021. The Centre along with leadership teams put in their best effort to ensure compliance to the accreditation standards, implementing new processes, making facility changes where required and conducting refresher training of all staff. A team of 14 assessors from QAI belonging to various healthcare organizations and diverse experience conducted the assessments. It was an enriching experience for the Centres, both in learning from the improvement opportunities suggested by the assessors and in taking pride in the myriad of processes that the assessors appreciated! They look forward to receiving their certifications soon!
