From Foundation to Future 

Fourteen years ago, in May 2011, we marked a significant moment in the journey of Indira IVF—our Foundation Day. Since then, our growth has been anchored in one shared purpose: to make parenthood possible for couples across the country. From one centre to many, and from a dream to 1,75,000 successful IVF pregnancies, our progress reflects the trust placed in us and the unwavering efforts of every individual across our network. 

As we reflect on this progress, it is also a time to look ahead with clarity. 

With increasing competition and comparable advancements across the industry, what will define Indira IVF in the years to come is how we care for our patients—not just clinically, but experientially. The ability to consistently deliver excellence across touchpoints will be our most powerful differentiator. 

Here are three key priorities as we move forward: 

  1. Elevate the Patient Experience
    Ensure that every patient interaction—online or in person—is marked by empathy, responsiveness, and clarity. Let our centres be remembered not only for their success rates but for how patients are made to feel.
  2. Strengthen Internal Systems for Consistency
    We must align processes and teams across all locations to ensure that our standard of care is not just maintained—but enhanced—as we grow.
  3. Build Governance That Empowers
    Good governance is not just about rules; it’s about building structures that empower teams, ensure accountability, and enable sustainable growth.

This month also gave us the opportunity to recognise and appreciate the heart of our healthcare delivery—our nurses. Their professionalism, commitment, and care are vital to the trust our patients place in us. Let us continue to support them through stronger systems and recognition that reflects their impact. 

As we move into the next phase of our journey, let us do so with the same sense of purpose that guided our founding—built on trust, driven by excellence, and sustained through experience.
