Message from Nitiz – December 2025

Nitiz Murdia

This Year, With Gratitude. Next Year, With New Ideas.

As this year comes to a close, it leaves behind stories of effort, resilience, and care from every corner of Indira IVF. Each of you has helped make our centres warmer, our systems stronger, and our patients’ journeys a little easier brick by brick, day by day.

The year ahead now invites us to build on this foundation with a new focus: innovation, not as a buzzword, but as a daily mindset—where we try fresh approaches and more efficient ways to do what we already do well.

Why innovation, why now?

  • Healthcare is evolving fast; if we stand still, we silently fall behind.
  • The only sustainable way to grow, lead, and stay two steps ahead is to keep improving how we think, decide, and work every single day.
  • Innovation is not just about big ideas; it’s about noticing small frictions and daring to ask, “What if this could be better?”

Innovation is not “someone else’s” job

  • Innovation is not a department; it is a daily habit each one of us can build.
  • A nurse redesigning a checklist, a coordinator simplifying a form, a doctor trying a better counselling flow—each is an innovator.
  • When hundreds of such micro-innovations happen across centres, they quietly compound into massive organisational change.

Moving beyond quick fixes

  • Short-term jugaad puts a bandage; innovation heals the wound at its root.
  • Instead of only solving today’s crisis, we need to ask: “How do we design this so the problem never returns?”
  • That shift—from patching to rethinking—turns routine tasks into smarter, safer, smoother experiences for patients and teams.

The courage to experiment (and fail)

  • Every breakthrough story begins with a first attempt that wasn’t perfect—but was brave.
  • Some ideas will fail, and that is not a setback; it is feedback that sharpens the next version.
  • What matters is: did we learn, did we share, and did we try again a little wiser and a little bolder?

How each of us can start

  • Pick one thing in your daily work that irritates you or slows you down—and decide to improve it.
  • Ask “Why do we do it this way?” and “What if we tried it differently?” at least once a week.
  • Share your ideas early, invite feedback, and co-create solutions with your team instead of waiting for top-down change.

Our 2026 promise

  • 2026 can be the year where innovation is not a campaign, but a culture.
  • If each person brings one new idea, tests one new way, or challenges one old process, we will not just keep pace—we will define it.
  • The story ahead is unwritten; the pen is in everyone’s hand.
