Employee Spotlight Zone: Mukhi Hiren Pravinbhai, Supervisor Contact Centre 

Hiren serves as the Quality & Training Manager for the Contact Centre department at Indira IVF. In his role, he oversees the quality and training aspects of the contact centre, manages operations in Nepal, and handles several key projects. Having been with the organization for 1 year and 10 months, Hiren is deeply passionate about the diversity his job offers, and the inclusive culture fostered by his manager, Mr. Sanjay Haria. He thrives on tackling new challenges and values the guidance provided by the management to overcome them. Outside of work, Hiren enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with his family. He is also an avid player of table tennis and football. One of the aspects he most appreciates about Indira IVF’s culture is the encouragement of creativity, open communication, and collaboration, which fuels his passion for addressing challenges and driving innovation.
