Digitization of Performance Management System

It is the era of digitization, and Human Resource Departments across industries are embracing it wholeheartedly. Organizations are riding the wave of digitization at a rapid pace. Previously the processes for Goal setting, Mid-Year Performance Review and Final Performance Review were done manually. The entire exercise was time consuming and chances of error in entries were high. The digitization of the entire Performance Management process has greatly benefited the employees as they can now record their performance milestones using the system and have their year-on-year performance data recorded and available for future reference.
