Previously the processes for Goal setting, Mid-Year Performance Review and Final Performance Review were done manually. The entire exercise was time consuming and chances of error in entries were high. The digitization of the entire Performance Management process has greatly benefited the employees as they can now record their performance milestones using the system and have their year-on-year performance data recorded and available for future reference.
