CarePledge – Integrity in Every Action: Building a Compliant Culture for All To Be At Their Best 

CarePledge is our commitment to embedding IIHPL’s values and ethics across every level of our organization. This initiative emphasizes the importance of adherence to our whistleblower policy, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), ART, and PCPNDT compliance. By fostering awareness and understanding, we aim to create a workplace where integrity and respect are at the core of our actions. 

Our strategy involves- 

• Appointing a Chief Culture Officer at the corporate level and Culture Champions at each center, who will serve as the torchbearers of our ethical standards.  

• Separate forums will be established for raising concerns related to POSH, grievances, and whistleblowing, ensuring that every employee feels valued, respected, and heard.  

• Additionally, a Culture Scorecard for each center and a dedicated recognition category for compliance will reinforce our commitment to building a compliant, ethical culture.
