HR Journey in making Indira IVF – “A  Great Place to Work”

We are immensely pleased to inform you that Indira IVF now Great Place to Work Certified; this certification is a result of the collective efforts and dedication of all our people and our people managers. Our management has been extremely supportive of our vision and walked the talk in imbibing the best people practices.

Two years ago, we embarked on this journey to make Indira a “Great Workplace”. Our mission has been to make HR accessible and create a culture of fairness and transparency across the organization. We began this journey with re-designing and building our organization structure with clearly defined roles and responsibilities; we focused on hiring the right talent with diverse skill sets, we adopted best practices across the industry in terms of Benefits, Performance Management and Training. Through programs like Sampark Se Samadhaan, Step Up to Team Up, Parichay, we have been able to better our employee experience and create a culture of transparency across the organization. Open communication is at the core of our people agenda, our HR team has been relentlessly putting efforts to stay connected to all employees across levels. We follow an Open Door Policy and do not have restrictions in communication across the company.

Human Resources has been laying the foundation to transform our service delivery model with a focus on ease of doing things. In line with the digital transformation strategy of Indira, we launched a new HRMS i.e. HR4U. HR4U has enabled our employees to have a best-in-class experience, transparent processes, to help gather quick information and immediate resolution on HR related matters, which has cut down our lead time and enhanced our productivity. The launch of LMS in 2021 has provided easy access to a broad library of training programs accessible to all employees. With a vision to build engagement among employees, we launched the Celebration Policy, which empowers employees to celebrate festivals and key accomplishments. Our Reward & Recognition Portal – GEM (Going the Extra Mile) has been appreciated and well received across the organization.

IIHPL is an equal opportunity employer and we do not distinguish between employees on grounds of gender, religion, and caste. We ensure that we provide a safe working environment for all our employees and especially our female employees. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any malpractices and thoroughly ensure adherence to the POSH Act and our Code of Conduct Policy. We have recently launched Care4U – an initiative which focusses on organizing wellness programs for the physical and mental wellbeing of our people. We have restructured our compensation structure to make it more tax friendly for our employees.

This certification marks the successful implementation of all these programs and policies. As we move forward, we urge all of you to champion our culture and advocate it to all new hires. We encourage each of you to follow our company values and display it through your interactions with our patients, colleagues, and external vendors.

Our combined strength is what makes us a successful company and we are positive that we will continue to make Indira a Great Workplace for all of us.
