“Unexpected Emergencies Can Arise Anytime

This week, we encountered an unforeseen situation when one of our employees had to take leave due to a family mishap. On 6/6, there was a surge of cases in our operating theater (OT), and we found ourselves with only one staff member available to handle the workload. While I usually ensure that we have a ward staff nurse present in the OT, on that particular day, our ward staff was limited to just two individuals.

As we commenced our OT procedures, I quickly assigned tasks to the available staff members. To my delight, Miss Meghna, our ward staff, swiftly and efficiently assisted with all procedures, demonstrating remarkable dedication and skill.
