IT Transformation communication from CFO’s Desk
As you are aware of that as part of overall business growth and to ensure best in class patient experiences, Indira IVF had undertaken IT transformation initiatives last year. We have come a long way on such journey and had implemented HMIS (Patient Management software), HRMS (New HR Portal) EshopID (New Inventory Management Tool) and new CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tool). We have now come to the last leg of such IT transformation initiatives and as part of such journey, we are now on the verge of implementing new ERP tool and P2P (Procure to Payment) tool. Such tools would help us instituting best in class controls on all transactions, consolidating accounting and standard financial reporting and ensure removal of non-value-added activities from the system.
We are therefore adopting following systems w.e.f. 01 April 2022 onwards and replacing current accounting and billing system i.e. Tally.
Tally system will be deactivated from 1 April 2022. No accounting entries will be allowed to be posted in Tally software effective April 01, 2022. However, one can always refer to tally for viewing old balances and accounting.
We have briefly captured usage of new system and contact matrix. Please do not hesitate to follow this matrix, in case you need any assistance in any of these below areas.
