Taruna has been with IIHPL for the past three years, initially starting in the Ante Natal Care team for two years before transitioning to Operations & Sales in Medico Marketing to broaden her expertise and embrace new, dynamic responsibilities.

In her current role, she leads Pan India doctor engagement initiatives, such as OPD camps, aimed at significantly boosting patient footfall at centers across India.

What she enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives that enhance patient care and engagement while continually learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

At Indira IVF, she values the supportive atmosphere and the emphasis on continuous improvement.
